Thick Pix: Backspacer Promo Photos
A couple of weeks back, I read an interview with this fella, Brooklyn-based photographer Josh Goleman, and these quotes got me all twisty:
K: So, what would your typical day be?
J: Well, I work for a photographer, Danny Clinch in Manhattan. So, my typical day is working at the studio, assisting, or traveling with him for shoots. Its an amazing job.K: What are you currently working on at the moment?
J: I’ve got two really amazing weddings sitting on my desk (stacks of contact sheets) along with two 16mm short wedding film projects. The last 4 weeks I’ve shot three weddings, been to Seattle to shoot Pearl Jam and I just got back from shooting at the music festival Bonnaroo, in Tennessee.
See why it made me all twisty? Another photo shoot from the most excellent Danny Clinch, that’s why! Perhaps the above mentioned photo shoot resulted in the below photos, which can be found accompanying pre-orders for “Backspacer” at various European online retailers. Looking good, gentlemen!

Stone looks like someones dorky brother, or a creepy fan, who crept into the side of the photo with a rock band. Still, even that guy’s phlegm is still ten times cooler than most of us will ever be.
Stone’s style has always been questionable. Good thing his music skills are far from it.
