Matt Cameron Rocks: Soundgarden @ The Showbox Apr. 16

News about Pearl Jam double-duty drummer Matt Cameron -this just in from Billboard.com:

Newly reunited Soundgarden will play its first show since 1997 on Friday (April 16) at the Showbox at the Market in its Seattle hometown, Billboard.com has learned. It is unknown if the event is private or will be open to the public.

Makes me wonder if Black Hole Sun will be sped up like almost every other “ballad” the guy plays

yes I was there! PJ was in the house in the VIP section as was many Seattle luminaries. The show was so secretive & security was so tight. I took one photo w/ my iPhone, hoping not to get caught. I felt bad for the people standing in line outside all day. Kind of shitty for admission to be online & will call only yet it was sold through Ticketbastard w/ NO FEES!! $35 + $35 = $70 TOTAL!!
