Radio and Boots and Philly Boxset, Oh My!

by Jessica Letkemann on May 5, 2010

That’s it. Take the rest of the day off work, because I guarantee you won’t get anything else done today. You’ll be listening to Pearl Jam Radio. Just launched to day, it’s a channel on PearlJam.com that is a non-stop stream of live and studio tracks from all eras. It’s curated by “Rob” says the little tag announcing the station on PearlJam.com, and we have it on good authority that he is a diehard fan you might know.

And while you’re there listening, you will no doubt notice that the 2010 boots have been announced. They’ll be serving them up in MP3, FLAC, and on CD starting in Mid-May. Price ranges from $9.98 to $16.98.

But if you really want to get out your credit card today, the Philly Spectrum official show boots are ready for preorder as of today too.  Get ‘em a la cart if you wish (you can’t go wrong with the 10/31/2009 set with the rockin’ DEVO cover), but there’s also a limited edition 9-cd boxset for $60 that is pretty tough to resist.

Now, good luck  doing anything else today.

I believe Deer Creek will rock my socks off, they will open with Oceans, and i will unfortunately pass out and miss the rest of the show. Good luck to all in their travels and their concert viewing. See ya in Noblesville, peace out.
