TwoFeetThick Founder Launches Setlisting.com

by John Reynolds on September 27, 2012

Fellow Pearl Jam fans,

Many of you know me as a co-founder of TwoFeetThick.com with Jessica Letkemann and Kathy Davis. I’ve been a fan of Pearl Jam for over 20 years, and together with co-founder (and PJ fan) Martin Wulffeld we’ve launched a Pearl Jam-related project that I’m very excited about and can’t wait to tell you about here.

Setlisting.comOur project is Setlisting.com - Setlists and Statistics for your favorite artists. If you’ve enjoyed the Pearl Jam Concert Chronology, think of Setlisting as a Concert Chronology with no bounds – setlists for all artists, not just Pearl Jam.

With Setlisting, you can easily add a setlist for a concert you attend (or have attended) and say “I WENT!” thus keeping track of your personal concert history. We’re working hard on adding a ton of interesting and fun statistics for artists, songs, concerts and especially for your personal concert history. If you have any suggestions in that area feel free to give us feedback.

We launched on August 1, 2012 with ZERO setlists! We’ve planted a seed and we’re watching the number of setlists grow.

For you – the Pearl Jam fan – we’ve personally entered hundreds and hundreds of Pearl Jam concerts, with help from many of my supportive friends. All of Pearl Jam’s known concerts are in Setlisting, but many don’t have setlists. Try updating some! We’ve made it very easy to update setlists.

[ See over 850+ Pearl Jam shows on Setlisting HERE ]

If you like the site, you can click “I WENT” for the shows you attended. Let your friends know about Setlisting by sharing past and future setlists on Twitter, Facebook and Google Plus. If you don’t like the site we would value your honest feedback!

Do you follow other bands as actively as Pearl Jam? You can add setlists for those artists too! This is a great opportunity for you to actively maintain setlists for other artists, and help build a network of setlist-crazy fans.

I fell in love with the Concert Chronology the first time I saw it in 1996. I was honored to assume management of it on TwoFeetThick.com in 2005. It was around this time that I had the idea for a “Concert Chronology beyond just Pearl Jam”. Many years later, I was finally able to build the site and launch with the help of my partner and fellow PJ fan Martin Moen Wulffeld, who built the cool AllOrNone.org fan site.

We’re coming up with new ideas for the site on a daily basis. I’d also love to hear your feedback on the site! In addition to jr@twofeetthick.com, you can also reach me at jr@setlisting.com, or post your reply here.

Thanks for your time. Now you can see a concert, then go Setlisting!

Thanks,

John Reynolds (“JR”)

Love it! I’m looking forward to adding information as I find it from past shows I’ve been to.

Hi, I am trying to register to the setlist website, but the “account confirmation email” takes me to the page where I need to fill in my email address again to get a new confirmation email!
The link is expired straight away. Can’t register now.

I visided your website as I was looking for cartilage earrings and I admit that I am
extremely lucky for doing so. I think that this is a very handsome post you have here.
Is it ok if I like your page on facebook with the link and
the title of your post:”TwoFeetThick Founder Launches Setlisting.com “??

Best Wishes!
